Super Charge January is fast approaching! You may wonder what we mean by that; let me tell you a little bit about our plan this month. For the month of January, I (Debbie) will eat nothing but raw foods. The first week, (which Kristy has committed to do with me) starts January 6th, and will be our cleansing week. We will eat only raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds along with some of our superfoods (chia, maca, spirulina). Each day we will blog about our experience and share some simple, detoxifying recipes. I am going to try and create simple recipes using these simple foods. After the first week, we will add in some other foods like sprouted buckwheat and a little coconut oil. I am staying off of all chocolate for the month and will not be using oats. This will be a raw, vegan, and gluten free month. In the video, we share the only sweetener we'll use and how to make it.
