Last week I shared with you my experimentation with fermenting vegetables. I was gone all week, so they sat for 7 days and when I got home, I opened the jar and did they ever smell good! I had some last night, and they were fabulous; a bit spicy, if I may say so myself, since I added some heat to them. So, we'll be sharing with you on next week's video, how to ferment your own vegetables. Fermented foods are so good for you; especially people with any kind of digestive problems, and this is such an easy way to add them into your diet.
