We've had some pretty hot days here in Lincoln, Nebraska over the last few weeks, so to cool down a bit, I tried making these little bites and were quite impressed on how good they were and how refreshing too! You'll want to keep them in the freezer and they only need to thaw for just a little bit before you can devour them! I'm usually too impatient to wait so I made them more bite size so I can stick them right in my mouth and let the warmth start melting that chocolate right in my mouth! Yum! These are super easy to make and you won't need any appliances. Yay!

Chocolate Pecan Clusters

Ingredients

1/2 cup almond butter

2T tahini

1/4 cup cacao powder

2T coconut nectar

1/2 cup raisins

1/4t cinnamon

1/4t vanilla (we used powder)

2T pecan pieces

2T chocolate chips

Directions

Mix everything together in a mixing bowl. On a baking pan lined with parchment paper, make your bites into the size that you desire. Place pan in freezer and when your bites are frozen, transfer to a container and store in the freezer. When ready to eat, just thaw for a minute or so and enjoy!
